About, A Boat And A Completely Unrelated Post

Firstly, we’ve edited our About page! It’s so much prettier now and very much an improvement on the last one! Head over and take a look, you might learn somethings you didn’t know! If you have any other questions you’d like us to answer, comment on the page and we’ll get back to you.

Anyway, back to this post (can we all just appreciate the lack of digression in that link, eh? Also, the fact that I just used the word digression).

Who’s a fan of YouTube? I’m not talking about cats playing with printers here, (though that one is pretty good) but the people who have made it their actual job to sit in front of a camera and ramble on for our enjoyment. Obviously, there’s all the really popular ones like Daily Grace, whose hair always seems to be absolutely perfect every single damn day; Tyler Oakley, who my mum thinks is on drugs because he “talks too fast to be natural” and Zoella*various numbers* who I’m still subscribed to despite the fact that I don’t give a shit about make-up.

Amongst the other people I’m subscribed to, they’re all pretty good – apart from one person *ahem*, but we won’t go into that. But my actual favourite is Sawyer Hartman. His are the videos that I see and squeal a a lot little bit. If you’ve never seen any of his videos, he does a collection of short films. Most of them are little sketches, like you used to make when you were little, just a lot better quality. But the ones I really like are his ‘Thru My Eyes’ videos.

Once you’ve excused the spelling, you’re free to fall into a world of slow motion and beautiful scenery. They’re literally the most gorgeous things ever and the perfect thing to watch when you want to pretend you’re not really sitting in rainy, grey England. Here’s my collection of favourites:

Who are your favourite YouTubers?

Also, last night I had a dream that I was a boat. Like an actual boat. Just thought you’d like to know …
